Policies and Procedures

Membership Perks:
• One free trial class for all new students.
• Students are continually enrolled until a 30 day drop notice is given.
• 10% monthly discount for multiple enrollments: by individual and with a sibling.
• Two makeup tokens per month as needed. The makeup class must be scheduled within one month, prior to the makeup token expiring.
• Refer a friend and receive a 10% discount for one month. Once your friend has registered and enrolled in a class, you will receive a promo code to use the following month.

Membership Fees + Tuitions:
• Initial registration fee: $50 for one child.
• Initial registration fee and first month’s tuition is due at time of sign up.
• Annual membership fee: $25 for each child on their respective anniversary.
• You will be auto-charged through eCheck on the first of every month.
• Tuition is based on a flat rate for 48 weeks of classes (4 weeks/month) to account for our scheduled closures. Billing will not change on a month-to-month basis based on how many weeks are in each month.
• There are no refunds or credits if a student misses a class.
• Scheduled closures are not included in the billing cycle.
• If you’d like to drop for any reason, we require a 30-day notice.

Class Procedures:
• No parents are allowed on the gymnastics floor, with the exception of the Tumbletots.
• Children are only allowed in the gym with a coach. They are not allowed to play on or around equipment, before or after class.
• You are responsible for getting your child to class on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your child will not be allowed to join class, and you will need to schedule a makeup class using any unused tokens for that month.
• Please pick your child up on time. We are not responsible for them after class.
• Proper gym attire includes removing jewelry, shoes, socks, and pulling hair back if able.
• Thank you for helping keep our gym, coaches, and other students healthy. Please keep your child home when they have a fever, cough, runny nose, or stomach bug.
• Please make sure that you are entering through the front of the building as the back door does not give a safe and clear pathway.
