Tramp 'n Tumble Beginner
1 hr / $152 (8 wks) or 2x per week / $281.20 (8 wks)
Prerequisites: none
8:1 instructor ratio. Students learn basic tumbling skills in a safe environment. Cartwheels, rolls, and basic handspring drills. Introduction to sequential tumbling.
Tramp ’n Tumble Intermediate
1 hr / $152 (8 wks) or 2x per week / $281.20(8 wks)
Prereqs: need run-hurdle roundoff and backward roll
8:1 instructor ratio. Continuation of tumbling skill development. Students will master basic tumbling skills and learn front and back handsprings. Emphasis on proper technique and form.
Tramp ’n Tumble Advanced
1 hr / $152 (8 wks) or 2x per week / $281.20 (8 wks)
Prereqs: Need back-handspring on floor.
8:1 instructor ratio. Progression of advanced tumbling skills including sequences, flips, and twists.
