Level 1 (Beginner)1 hr. / $152 (8 wks) or 2x per week / $281.20 (8 wks)
Prerequisites: none
8:1 Instructor ratio. This is the introductory class to girl’s gymnastics. Students learn the basic fundamentals of swings, handstands and tumbling. Introduction to rolls, cartwheels, and body positions.
Level 2 (Intermediate) 1 hr / $152 (8 wks) or 2x per week / $281.20 (8 wks)
Prerequisites: Completion of Level 1. Instructor signed pass sheet.
8:1 instructor ratio. Students continue to develop their gymnastics basics. New moves are introduced on all four events. New skills include forward straddle rolls, back hip circle, and tuck jump on beam.
Level 3 (Advanced) 1.5 hr / $168 (8 wks) or 2x per week / $310.80 (8 wks)
Prerequisites: Completion of Level 2. Instructor signed pass sheet.
8:1 instructor ratio. Students are taught to master basic gymnastics skills. Gymnastics moves are performed without spots and in small combinations. New skills include backbend kickover, cartwheel step-in, and swing straight leg leaps.
